Ingredients
  • 6 Roma tomatoes - diced
  • 1 onion - diced
  • 1 jalapeno - minced seeded, pith removed (optional)
  • 1 glove garlic - minced
  • Juice from 2-3 limes
  • Handful of chopped cilantro
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate in an airtight container until ready to serve.
